Friend Stream Not Running

Can anyone help me to get friend stream back running on my evo? It stopped all of a sudden and now it only shows no updates available. When i go into the application manuallly i get an error message saying application has stopped unexpectedly....any help is appreciated

Reboot your phone? Worst case kill the process and reboot the phone...last case..Hard Reset the phone....read your manual..it will tell you how to Hard Reset!

^^^ What he said... you should be happy. Friend stream is huge battery hog. think of this as your phones way of saying I dont want to be tethered t a wall anymore.

Exactly...Once I get my Evo I may use it, or not...but if I do I will atleast disable auto sync for all the programs to save on the battery life. There are a few other tweaks out there to improve the battery life...I also plan to do those.

Any word on why it stopped working an how to fix it...mine stopped working too an yes it is a bat. hog but id still like for it to work when i want to show it off because it does look real nice

I prefer using the separate twitter and facebook widgets. With that's said got menu then settings go to accounts and double check that your twitter and facebook accounts are still set to sync. Maybe even try turning off the sync and turning it back on.
