I tried to do an ESN swap online,but it said the phone still activated and refused to go any further,anyone knows how long does it take to get deactivate?or if I call CS,will they be able to de-activate and esn swap to my account?

Just call cs and tell them it is a Google I/O phone, they will simply cancel that account and then activate it on yours. Thats what they did for me.

They turned them off because everyone was complaining that they were still active. Haha.

Mine was active till about 4 pm yesterday. Neither the 877 number nor Sprint stores were able to tell me anything about a "Google I/O" discount, other than 15% for "Google Employees Only"
