Need help big time after flashing rom

Flashed fresh rom and now have a big issue:

Flashed did the root process, everything went smooth, then flashed this rom. When the phone boots it will not recognize my sd card, I thought the sd card may be faulty so I tried a different one and that was not recognized either. both cards are recognized by my computer, and I can see the files...

On top of that my phone is not recognizing when I plug it into the computer, so I cannot sync. I can't boot into recovery using the computer. I tried resetting back to stock with the shipped rom using the method of manually putting myself in the bootloader, but the phone and the computer will not see the connection I keep getting an error 171

Help me please

Re: Need help big time after flashing rom

Try removing the battery for a few minutes, then booting back up. IIRC there are a few people that had similar problems and a battery removal for ~5 minutes fixed the issue.

Any ideas where I could read those posts?

Re: Need help big time after flashing rom

Was finally able to flash back to stock (in process now) we will see if that fixes the sd card issue. If not, at least it looks stock for when I take it to sprint.

What I ended up doing is reloading the PC36IMG.zip from the sd card even though it said I didnt have an sd card. After that ran its course, it let me into the boatloader manually, which allowed me to sync with the shipped rom.

Shadowhawk, take a look at this from XDA. It might help if you are still stuck.

Re: Need help big time after flashing rom

Any thoughts on how to

"Make sure in device manager the driver is installed(Win 7 x64 downloaded them automatically)
Open command prompt like you would to use ADB and type

fastboot oem enableqxdm 0
fastboot reboot

That should fix your SD card not being detected."

I am a newb to this, I was able to put it in fastboot node, but I am not sure how to open the command prompt, I am also getting only one thing in the device manager as an android phone, what should be there?

Re: Need help big time after flashing rom

The same thing happened to me when I first flashed a rom - no sd card recognition and could not sync. I went back and rewiped everthing twice and reloaded rom - still no card recognition. So I did a hard reset and Then I flashed a different rom, including the wiping 2 times, and everthing was okay. I am very new to this and do not know why it finally worked = was it the hard reset, the wiping or the new rom - just happy it now works.
