Gallery Folder Thumbnail Problem!

The Gallery's thumbails for all folders for "All Photos" "All Downloads" "Favorites" and so on displays an image that isn't even on the phone anymore. I've tried to get rid of it even by formatting the SD card, and manually going into the SD card through my computer to include deleting the thumbnails there and it's not working. Help! How do I fix this?

I have a problem like that too, except all the thumbnails look like tv static I just downloaded 3d gallery from the market and called it a day

I had this same issue with the stock rooted rom???
