I am trying to email myself the backup of my contacts that i saved to my sdcard.I is a .vcf file. when i try to email it only gives me options to attatch Picture,Video,Audio,Location,or Document.is there something i am missing that would allow me to send any file i choose?not just the extensions the phone would like me to send?

Use a file explorer program and in the options you will have the option to send it via email.

I use OI File manager but I also hear astro file manager is another good one. Both can be found in the market, just type in "file explorer" and you should be able to find it.
