Do i have to fully charge my evo before I turn it on?

It just came in the mail and I put it on the charger. Do I really need to let it fully charge or now I can just turn it on now and it won't affect the battery in the long run? thanks in advance

Turn it on enjoy it activate it, enjoy it some more run the battery down and just leave it charging overnight.

U don't have to charge it before turning it on.
