OK guys, gals, monkeys, bears, potatoes, soft-shell turtles, fictional cartoon characters, and that "one guy:"

Let's keep this thing clean, try not to completely bash each other like Rock 'em Sock 'em robots, and attempt to maintain some civility.

This is my last warning. If I have to I will call in the Jedi.

Re: Evo Resolutions

Best thing to do is add the op to your ignore list. It simply isn't worth the time and energy to fight with him.

Re: Evo Resolutions

See, before you weren't asking for insight. You were flat out calling the EVO's shortfalls and saying the iphone is better. Hint #1, no one here is going to give you good insight making assumptions and comparisons, then saying other phones are better when you don't even own the phone.....

Now to answer your questions. Yes, mine isn't peeling purse', but it does leak the lights at the bottom a little. nothing for me to worry about. There is a 1 year warranty on the phone and when it does become a problem, I will take it to a sprint store to either get fixed or get a replacement.

oh! For a second there I thought you had no brain because of the lack of civility. But you made up for it in your last post. Please do so and report back in what the Sprint store said about it. Thank you very much.

For customers who are in fact having issues with the screen pulling off, Sprint is replacing these devices. This is a manufacturing defect and as with all such defects, it is not necessary to be within the 30 day satisfaction guarantee period to get a replacement.

Re: Evo Resolutions

Interesting, here are a few of the other posts by AndroidTroll. As you can see he seems to hate every phone. If you read his other posts...he hates EVERYTHING. If you search...you can even find one from June 2 telling people how much he loved the evo.

This thread should be closed.

Plain and simple. Get a iphone. You are a perfect person for it.
Out the box everything works and no tweaking is necessary.
You will thank me. And no.. im no apple troll.
I have plenty of apple trolls as friends and I have had my
plain fair share of iphone usage and plain and simple.
Ait works. hehehe. as much as i hate to say it...
its the truth. Ipad is amazing too... i want it. But i will
stick to wm 6.5 and wm 7 since i enjoy to custamize the heck
out of it and all the freedom wm gives us. I once tried to beam
a mp3 song to my friends iphone 3gs and his iphone would not
let him accept due to the apple bt restrictions. Again.. iphone
is like North Korea and Wm is like America. But looks like we
arebeing sold down the river with the new upcoming wm7
if the rumors are true. God speed evryone.

My dear god! Its been about a little over a week that I have
been using my refurbished Tp2 and I am begining to realize
its as slow as my Tp1.Even after the 6.5 update, its lacking a
terrible amount of horse power. I have a old 6700 that is twice
as fast. I did notice the landscape scrolling tear is goon and
touchflow sense is a bi smoother but everything else is a bit
slower than my TP1. Example is Igo8, runs a bit choppier than
my tp1. And google maps street view is slowwwwwww in panning
around street view. My friend has the first Google Android phone
released last year and his google maps scrolls really smooth
panning around street view. Has anyone else noticed this or
people just dont care? Im glad I dudnt pay a penny for this
phone really. But I do live the screen.

So they are replacing them? Good, I knew they would.
