Android internet Issue. Help/advice appreciated
I am a proud owner of an HTC EVO, though I have an issue with connecting to the WiFi connection at my place of employment. My job uses a Cisco certificate with blank fields that the IT department did not fill in. I have been able to install this certificate and log onto the wireless network with both the iPhone Safari browser and with several builds of Opera 9.7 and 10 for my TP2, Diamond, and TP. However, it seems that the Android browser in its current form cannot recognize this botched certificate. From my understanding, this will be "fixed" in Froyo but I was wondering if anyone knew a work-around for this issue or a browser that will allow me to accept such a certificate. For the record, I have tried Dolphin, Opera Mini, Skyfire, and Fennec.
