Re: Battery Life After Official Froyo OTA Update on 8/2

My battery life is even worse I believe. I was streaming via BT in my car using Pandora for about an hour and a half and that took 45% of my battery life. I feel like that's not good.

I had ATK setup for auto-kill and also noticed more battery drain than expected. In casual observation my battery life has improved since disabling auto-kill.

I recall reading a while ago that FroYo woould better handle running apps reducing if not eliminating the need for task killers.

On the topic note, my battery is lasting way longer than before. Seems to hold alot better.
I've placed a Running Services shortcut on my home screen.

My battery seems to be lasting about the same as 2.1; about 20~24 hours per charge.

might just be me be but im getting poor battery life from baked snacks latest

Just installed it last night and after running all the default with minor internet usage I lost 85% after four hours. Now I know not all time are created perfect and equal but I was just wondering what every one else's experience with battery is like on this. I'm gonna recharge again, make a few tweeks and try it again...

Re: Battery Life After Official Froyo OTA Update on 8/2

Just to be clear, your saying you installed a 3rd party program that shows running services and you have put that app shortcut on your homescreen?

you should probably post this in the thread where you got the ROM then. Not create ANOTHER battery thread.
