Flashing LED

Ok, so I go in to menu\settings\sound & display\Notification Flash and I deselect all LED notifications.....

and every once in a while, I still get an LED notification for email. Probably happens multiple times a day but not every time I get an email.

Any ideas?

Re: Flashing LED

I am using the gmail app and I have already done that. I went into the regular email app and since I don't have an account set up in there I cant get to any settings. Thanks for the response though. Anyone else have any ideas?

Re: Flashing LED

I have the same problem. I do have a Gmail account setup, and I have gone into the gmail settings and assigned the ringtone to silent, and the only thing I have enabled is the icon in the notification bar for a new email arriving.
Then I went into settings>sound & display>Notification flash, and I deselected email, but I still get the flashing notification light everytime I get a new email.
this OS is really starting to show how unfinished it is.

Re: Flashing LED

Almost a year later and this is still not fixed. In case anyone else was searching (like me), I installed an app called light flow - I went through each notification within the app and deselected "enable light" and it worked.
