Re: FM radio doesn't work.

FM performance sucks across the board for me. I did find a pair of headphones which work better, but its still reallly staticky and it gets worse when you move.

Re: FM radio doesn't work.

I think the FM Radio is going to work best while using a HTC or other OEM manufactured headphones that came with or are suited for devices that receive FM.

Simple headphones (Sony/Philips/JVC/etc) may not have the "antenna" needed for ideal reception. I use a pair of OEM HTC earbuds and I get fantastic reception...

Re: FM radio doesn't work.

I am using my Zune Hd Earbuds that came with it and I get great reception. No idea how far I am from towers. It works everywhere I have tried it though including in my apartment where my clock radio struggles. (Worth noting the Zune Hd has a built in HD radio so maybe the earbuds are designed to be an antenna)

Re: FM radio doesn't work.

i have pretty crappy reception as well, and I only pick up 1 radio station and it's a 100,000 watt tower...and it still gets static @ times

Re: FM radio doesn't work.

Try using headphones that have a mic. I tried my apple headphones and a really good normal headphones, only the apples with an mic work. I have read this on another forum too.
