POP mail doesn't sync folders

I set up my Hotmail email and my new mail is delivered easily. However, I like to move messages into sub-folders so they don't clog up my Inbox. I can't seem to do this on the EVO as I had with all my WM devices.

Has anyone experienced and fixed this issue?
