I to am having the same problem...I have rebooted my phone and comp so many times today I cant even count....I jus got the phone today too....and it wont sync for sh*t!.........However all my contacts and calender events r there..I tired to prepare myself for this problem...so a couple of weeks ago I downloaded Google Sync for my labtop and I was able to transfer over my contacts 2 gmail...but not my calendar....so bcuz the calendar part was givin me a problem...I downloaded Google Calendar...but I thought it didnt work...I guess it did after all.....with all that said...I want 2 be able 2 use jus one program.....This was soooooo much easier was the TP2...

Try one of the custom roms that are in the upgrade section. I don't have that sync problem anymore.

I'm running Win 7 X64 works just fine. Are you going into the top menu when plugged in and changing from charge only to sync?

I want to try one of the custom roms but I dont wanna mess my phone up...I jus got this yestersay....I mean i have flashed on my TP2 anx had no problem...so i guess it wont be that bad.....but my only question is....if i cant connect to my pc how will i be able to get the custom rom?

Having the same sync issue as everyone else ....want to sync back up my contacts before I try a custom Rom

All ur contacts will be saved on gmail....I know for a fact bcuz I did a factory reset on my phone and when the phone was down loading up again my contacts were there...Im jus going to try the custom rom and see what happens....

also running windows 7 64 and still wont connect and yes im changing it from charge only and as far as contacts sync google sync is pretty baller but still doesnt change the fact that i cant flash custom roms because of the sync prob got it to sync one time and thats when i rooted but wtf is the point of being rooted if i cant flash custom roms !!!!!!!!!!!
