HELP... My device cant find my sd card so i cant boot

As I said before, press VOL UP and POWER (may need to hold them down) when you're on the triangle screen. You'll get this menu:



Obviously this is a different phone, but it should look similar. Select "wipe data/factory reset".

well thats at bottom of screen instead of (welcome to recovery sp) when i hit reboot system now it goes right back to rooted custom rom and still a no go !! on my screen i only get reboot system now
apply sd card
wipe data/factory
wipe cache partition
it dont give me last three options like yours either

Wait, you're rooted running a custom rom? Then this is just going to restore the custom ROM back to how it was when you first flashed it. If it worked properly the first time, then that's good.
