Disable Automatic Backlight Dimming while Charging

The Power Manager question wasn't answered, but my solution is to touch the screen, or hit the Up Volume button. It's not a perfect solution, but I figure it is a good balance, since if the screen stays on full brightness all the time, while plugged into the already slow-charging rate of a car charger, it will be even slower, especially since both Bluetooth and GPS are likely on.
