ANYONE's SCREEN TURNED OFF AND NOT TURNED BACK ON?

Just working my pants off at the sprint store and had 3 people today come in with what looked like the sleep of death, but all sound still present in phone, simple fix (pull batt) just wondering the popularity of occurance.

It has happened to me several times in the past couple of days - I have had the phone since last friday. It is not rooted and has only a few added apps. On mine, the screen goes black but the green light flashes at the top. The home button etc have no haptic feel.

happened to me just now, had to take my body glove case off and then remove the battery in order for my evo to boot back up.

not sure why, as everything was working fine all day and I get off work and BSOD "black screen of death"

My power button has been unresponsive at times

Yes, I had to pull the battery.

mine been freezing up on youtube like 4 times in a roll

Has happen to me 3 times so far. My girlfriends phone has also done it once. Is this a glitch? Also have found it to become unresponsive a few times. However I find that my battery life is getting better and better the more I cycle it. Its lasting the whole day and I still have 1/2 battery left.
