Re: anyone else having exchange push issues?
I've noticed all my mail folders aren't there. They are there in Outlook and webmail but about 1/2 are missing from my EVO. I'm not liking the mail folder structure anyway. I'd like a faster way to flip between folders.

Re: anyone else having exchange push issues?
I have it set to deliver "as items arrive" which was the same setting I had on my touch pro and touch pro 2 which worked fine.

Re: anyone else having exchange push issues?
I have noticed that my exchange e-mail doesn't always come through as fast as it did on my TP2 either. Sometimes it comes in immediately, other times it is delayed by as much as 5 minutes.

Re: anyone else having exchange push issues?
i have been using EAS (2003 SP2) and have had no delays.. most of the time the evo gets the mail before the computer does..
im hot spotting in 4g now and still getting mail pushed and able to surf and type here on the laptop... curious, to the OP, are you running any custom roms? rooted? has this happened from day one or just recently? |

what is EAS? I'm not running any custom roms and haven't rooted the phone (yet...) the only thing I did was accept the OTA update from sprint when I got the phone. when I first got the phone it appeared to be fine.. however I don't think I was watching it as closely as I am now so its possible that this has been the case since day 1. |

Re: anyone else having exchange push issues?
I haven't had any receiving issues with our 2003 SBS Exchange server. The only delay I have is due to rooting and running Overclockwidget. Since the phone is "sleeping", when I unlock I have an immediate refresh and new mail is pulled in. I have my receive set for 30 minutes so I open my phone enough where that isn't a problem for me.
My folder structure is also displaying properly. Unlike AS, I don't have to choose what folders to sync. I just open the folder structure and choose where I want to go. It syncs all the messages (or however many you choose) as soon as it's open. |
