Re: Just lost all my downloaded app
Google Market is just that way, if you go into Market and hit the Downloads tab, it shows everything, but if you don't install everything right then it clears it and isn't there the next time. Kinda sucks, but as mentioned, that's where AppBrain comes in handy. Don't fret though all your purchases are stored, so when you search for your app it will still have your authorization to download, that is handled by your google id.

Re: Just lost all my downloaded app
The problem is with rooting the phone. I reinstalled the stock ROM and my purchase is listed now. I remember hearing that rooting breaks the marketplace but was fixed. Apparently not completely fixed.

Re: Just lost all my downloaded app
This happened to me, too. It seems that the marketplace reverts to the 1.6 marketplace because some of the apps that are on 2.1+ don't show up anymore. And in one instance, I searched the for btunes app that I purchased. In the description, it said that this version is for android 1.6. No 2.1 version was showing. So, I'm no expert, but that what it looks like to me.

So if you have to reset make sure you install the apps as soon as you go to Market. They will be gone if you go back later. |

Re: Just lost all my downloaded app
There are OTHER back up apps out in the Market that circumvents these problems. I've been using the free version of MyBackup just to back up apps. Most of the apps got reinstalled after root and flash without a hiccup. Some I had to uninstall and reinstall fresh.

Re: Just lost all my downloaded app
I use my backup too now but when I try to restore my applications it not completely automated in the background. It still cumbersome having to press install on every app. Still looking for an app that will restore it automatically...a free version ofcourse lol.
