Email Frequency Settings

I'm trying to change the frequency my emails are downloaded. I only want them if I do a pull through Pop.

Unless I'm missing something (both on the phone and here in the forum), I can't find a way to set it as "manual" or similar so that it only checks when I say check it.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
