why? i have working wifi tether allready and I have usb tether. so it doesnt bother me any.

he was asking about usb tether not wifi anyways

Sigh... I am sure you are very aware of the fact that I know there is a working Wifi tether. That said. I have never seen a stock rom that is as good as a custom rom. So OMJ's rom that he is releasing tomorrow (and I quote) "will have the latest wifi tether, a few other apps, the OTA updates, the latest radio, and the Sprint crap removed" so.... Latest updates, latest radio, latest wifi tether, OTA updates and all the crap programs that take up space on my screen that I never use removed. Need I say more?

And I know what hes asking about since I gave him the answer to his question... Right?

with either pdanet or easy tether, do you have to install something on the computer you want to tether with? or is it just like other tethering apps where you just plug and play pretty much. for some reason i was under the impression that it forces u to install something on the computer side, as well as on our phone.
