I don't have the phone but if I had to wait more than 5 business days to get the phone I wouldn't care to get it at all... the buy now factor would be dead and I would do something else with my money...

I was at my local sprint store this morning and they just got some in today, so I would not say everywhere.

Still waiting for my BB preorder to come in. I feel like if I preordered five days before launch, why is everyone getting it before me? My only solace is delayed gratification.
