Re: [Guide] Hide pictures, videos or other files.

I got a app called HideNSeek. It essentially does the samething. Only thing is, when you look in my apps screen, it looks like a flashlight app. You have to tap menu 3times before the app opens to the password screen. pretty cool.

Sounds very much like a file-specific version of Horizon, which does similar great things for contacts, call history, text, etc.

Re: [Guide] Hide pictures, videos or other files.

Pandora, not to be confused with Pandora Internet Radio, is free and allows photos and videos to be hidden.

Re: [Guide] Hide pictures, videos or other files.

Android OS keeps a "snapshot" of things on the SD card for easy retrieval. if you unmount the SD card (either by rebooting or if connected to USB, switch from mass storage to charge only for example) and remount, this will make the OS take another snapshot of the SD card... i use astro as well. also make sure you put a "." before the files/folders you want to hide...

Try Pandora, My App Vault or My Calculator. Basic Calc program that when U enter sequence, it prompt for password and you are in secret area for files
