if you select don't show again for usb

is there a place you go to fix that? dont want to check it and not be able to get it back.

Go in settings and select Connect to Pc and select ask me

Go to Settings > Connect to PC > Ask Me

There's a box you can check/uncheck for the USB pop up screen.

oops. brivers answered it. on phone right now, not really paying attention. lol
