Re: My contacts from google pop up but there is no Phone #'s
I suggest in the future, you try to create a backup in Windows Address Book (not sure what it is in Mac OS though). For XP users just Start > All Programs > Accessories > Address Book. There you can re-create, by hand (PITA I know), your phone address book for a spare, just in case. Not sure if this carries over to Win 7 or Vista, but it should be there (in a slightly modified menu arrangement). I found this out for my iPhone coming from a TP on Sprint. Fearing I'd lose all my contacts, and not having a backup on my netbook (my comp), I copied my Address Book save from my wife's comp and used iTunes to sync it to my iPhone. Then created a spare backup to my Gmail. I know all this doesn't seem helpful to a Android user, as I don't have a Android thus no real experience with syncing and such, but I hope it helps to remind users to keep a backup Contacts list somewhere common and accessible.

Re: My contacts from google pop up but there is no Phone #'s
By & by, I remember PIM Backup for WinMo before I switched. Found it here in the Geek Community (not sure if the old thread is still up but MUCH REP for the creators and posters that found it!). I was hoping there would be a similar solution for iPhone OS but no luck. Maybe you Android users might have better luck. Happy hunting!
