Im really bother ... because q bunch of u are assuming that swype is the best evo keyboard. Is not! For me at least.

Swype is better.

The stock keyboard works, it does. Those big arse arrows get on my nerves though, no likey mikey.

I'm really not sure what you're doing wrong. I got Swype to work on the very first install and I was a brand new user.

It says parsings failed or sumthin ... from the dl on first page .. 1z from xda claim there is no file in the dl

Just follow the first post, worked fine for me, maybe your dl is corrupted or something. If you dl'd from EVO dl from desktop and transfer, or vice versa

You must be doing something wrong when it comes to extracting the file. What program are you using to open up the installation file on your phone?
