Wife had the same problem today. She removed the battery and restarted and things have been fin since. I usually wait to see if any bugs arise, but couldn't resist improving her life, (she was still using the rumor you couldn't pull from her dead hands....until now. LOL)

its a bug in the software. usually caused by the app store. i had to pop the battery even though my phone was one, it rang I talked on it but the screen would not turn on, and it was right after I tried to multitask with the aop store and talking
