Go to Menu>Settings>About Phone>Software Information>Software number

What's your number?

The first OTA changed it to 1.32.651.6

The second/latest OTA software is 1.47.651.1

EDIT:
If Radio Shack installed the latest OTA updates you're done, no root for you

If you are 1.32.651.6 do NOT update!
