In those days, there was full recoginition of other states licensing policies, and they were respected everywhere. Now, here in CA for instance, they repect licenses that meet their minimum standards for their own citizens. This is a big issue with Concealed Carry Permits now too. I have permits good in 30+ states, but not everywhere. You have to know a ton of individual state laws. It's stupid. Bring back the good old days..........
