Landscape Keyboard?

Was I wrong in assuming the landscape keyboard pops up when the screen is rotating upon texting? What about internet? Have I missed a setting of some sort?

I'm pretty sure it depends on the texting client and web browser bro.

Rotates very well for me in text, email and web

Go to settings>sound&display
make sure auto switch Orientation is checked.

you may want to try and give it a little shake (after above is complete) when in landscape just to remind it that it has been rotated, but it is very responsive for me.
