help, how do you transfer contacts from sim to evo 4g with windows 7

i cant use outlook because im on w7 64 bit. is there a way to copy my sim card contacts to evo?

Also im having a difficult time getting use to the touch screen. i used a stylus on my tytn 2 and now its very hard with this screen. Its so damn sensitive, every-time i try to drag i click an app on accident.

Umm the idea that you can't that you can't use Outlook on Windows 7 64-bit is ludicrous... I am on that operating system and currently have Outlook open and in use. Whomever told you that should be flogged. ANyway I am going against my instinct by replying because me thinks I smell Troll near to here. One idea would be to download http://nuevasync.com/ and sync this to a gmail account. Then your Andorid phone will have all the contacts. Another idea would be to use this thing called Google to search the internet (sorry I am tired and at my wits end) Good luck either way

You could also set Google as your exchange server on your phone... it will sync your calendar and contacts to Google and from there you should be able to sync to the EVO

Open contacts app, hit menu, then import export, then import contacts from simcard. Also make sure. Background data is on .... done.

You might want to try creating a backup to Windows Address Book. I just posted about it in another thread. Not sure if there's even a sync to WAB option like it is in iTunes for iPhone, but do try Googling it. I thought you had to subscribe to Outlook, thus I never really used it. Good luck anyways.
