Anybody with EPRP plan had any issue activating?

I switched from SERO to EPRP few days back to get the EVO. Any one had any problem today adding the phone to your plan? I will pick up my phone tomorrow at RS.
Thanks

none at all... BB was able to do it from their system without changing my plan. The print out I got still show the Everything Plus Family plan.

Re: Anybody with EPRP plan had any issue activating?

I had the $59.99 for 500 minutes EPRP...they made me go with the $69.99 for 450 minutes plan +$10...so I'm paying $20 more a month for this phone. Hope I can complain later and get my old plan back, if not, might return the phone...

Re: Anybody with EPRP plan had any issue activating?

BB tried to give me a problem. they kept telling I had to switch to the $69.00 plan but i kept saying that the plan i have EPRP for $59.00 is a everything plan already. They had to call Sprint to confirm it but after that it was all good.

Yeah, they called sprint to do the upgrade, was told I could keep my same plan, transferred them to another department who said I had to change. At that point, I had been there for over an hour and just wanted to get the hell out of there. I figure a call next week will solve it.

I was forced to change from the Everything plus referral family 1600 to the everything data family 1500 plan. I'm gonna call them later on and complain. I couldn't argue with them at the store because I really wanted the phone and I was running late for work.

I feel you there. I'll return the phone and wait if I have to I guess. Not worth paying $20/month for less minutes!

That's whack!! You can go onto the EPRP site and order a the Evo with an EPRP plan. Sprint really needs to have some kind of consistency, one person tells you one thing, another tells you something completely different. That's nuts!

Re: Anybody with EPRP plan had any issue activating?

Ya, I work at a Sprint corporate store and a lot of employees don't understand it for some reason. It is simple though, everything data, is everything data. So if you are told that you have to switch from the 500 59.99 or the 1600 109.99, to the 450 69.99 or the 1500 129.99 the rep doesn't know what they are doing... Now third party dealers, like Best Buy and Radio Shack, probably have no way of keeping your EPRP because they probably don't have those plans in their system, but if your account has that plan or is a employee referal account, then you can get those plans...
I have activated the EVO as an add a line on the 1600 109.99 EPRP family plan with the $10 add on, no problem...

For the folks that switched plans to get the phone, just call customer care and ask them to transfer you to employee care, and they will switch you back to eprp in 5minutes. Thats what I did.
