Where is the equivalent to a registry?

I guess I'll take the lack of replies to mean there is less ability to change these things in the droid phones. Surprising more than anything, I guess.

Maybe another way to ask this is does anyone know of a ROM that has speed dialer that does NOT have Sprint locked in?
