Re: My ole Touch Pro detects a disturbance in the Force!
Lol, it's mad at you because it knows you're going to trade it in for a younger, hotter, and slimmer model with a better personality.

LOL! Awesome! I'm pitching that old pig for a young hottie! Myself, I don't care about personality, as long as they are hot! ... |

Same here. Mine seems to be slowing down a lot even though I have nothing running in the background. I hope the EVO more than makes up for it.

Mine's actually screaming "Give me another chance!" by being stable, and less annoying than usual. I actually did not have to do a reboot for last 2 days!

Re: My ole Touch Pro detects a disturbance in the Force!
Those damn TP's are good for that, my TP acted up a few days before I went on Ebay and ordered my TP2. Trust me, they can sense the end or in my case, being down graded to my Boost line and it only got worse when I did that. In the end I had to buy a Boost BB just so i can still have a smart phone.
Or maybe its HTC sending OTA bug to the phone whenever they come out with a new toy just to get you to upgrade lol. |

Re: My ole Touch Pro detects a disturbance in the Force!
Guess this explains why my TP2 has been sticking and trying to annoy me with notifications no matter what ROM it's wearing. haha Cantankerous old hag !!!

Take a old computer, reformat the hard drive and re-install say fresh windows XP - it will performance exactly the same as it was new. ( barring hardware/disk failures) Cell phones do not seem to follow this. I was thinking of either an OTA update OR the system looks at the phones ID when the call hits a cell tower, and de-prioritizes it. This way when reup your contract and phone, your service seems to be better. This would be a benefit for the carrier for people to re-contract. Anyway, thats my conspiracy theory for today! |
