Only things I can think of are:
Higher color support (24bit)
Better GPU performance
Listen to FM radio without Headphones

you can lisen to FM Radio Without Head phones, Headphones just serve as a anteanna, remember you can toggle speaker on the FM Radio

I don't think the FM Radio will turn on without it thinking there are headphones plugged in.

This.... plus that sexy super AMOLED

The gpu thing might bug me after a while since I love graphically intense games since I had my palm pre and the games on it totally spoled me, and it sucks that the droid is the one that runs them flawlessly... I knew qualcomm had to cut corners somewhere...

Ability to use Micro HDMI for constant video out

3/4G in ALL areas it is released in

Ability to get EVERY update of Android like N1 does

$10/month is a little bogus for some, I still live in a 1x area

Internal storage or 16GB microsdhc like HD2

I would get this phone if I wasn't so let down by the update for the Hero. It was what I would call whack sauce. If Flipz wasn't around with Fresh Roms I would be at a loss for this phone. He made it usable and I am hoping that we can jack that 2.2 update and get it running on our Gimpy Heros.

Let the flaming begin I'm sure
