Radio SHack has stopped Pre-Orders

as of last night which was told to me by a store supervisor, but they said if someone with a preorder does not pick it up on the first 2 days, they can then sell them on the 6th, so this makes me ask a question, does anyone know does the sprint store do pre orders or is it first come first serve

Far as I know it's first come first serve... although I have heard reports of people getting their name put on a list....

any pre-order taking store is like that. the document you sign says if you dont claim in in 48 hrs they can sell. it. But i dont know of any Sprint stores taking pre-orders. They just say get here early. i didnt wanna take that chance, so i went to a RS.

i called some rs that are opening at 6, both told me they are being allocated extra phones to sell on a first come first serve basis. these phones are not part of the pre-order allocation.

No Sprint Store is taking Pre-Orders, only BBY and RS and Walmart if they sell sprint in your area.

Confirmed with my local sprint store, they are on First Come First Serve. Also confirmed not to "prefer" contract/new lines over Full Price purchasers.

Will open 1 hour earlier. Since this store is about 3 blocks from my office, I'll shoot to be there at 6am. If nobody's there, good, I will "hide" in the park so I won't look too dorky.

I was wondering if you where to preorder lets say from a 24 hour walmart, could you possibly get lets say thursday 12am?

You mean 12.01am Friday, I don't see why not but the Wal-Marts near my house do not sell sprint.
