Evo to Evo 4G calling... Without Skype and voip etc... Yes or no?

you know Ive wondered why sprint hasn't sent to using ev-do for calling. I'm mean i know it'd probably be challenging but why not start using voip over ev-do. that would put the whole you cant surf the net and talk on the phone at the same time on to peace. i mean i don't know much about how these networks work but im sure its got to be possible

I thought with 4G technology, we can do video calling from EVO to EVO if we are in 4G area, that's why the front camera for, isn't it?
