On my tp2 & my tp1 I had to use arcsoft. I did have a custom rom though.

On my tp2 I never tried it before I put the custom rom on. On my tp1 it just didn't work right. So I put arcsoft on and it worked.

Didn't the stock tp2 rom come with a version of arcsoft already?

One of the main reasons I first flashed a custom rom on my tp1 was because the picmail was stupid. Picmail was listed as one of your email folders and didn't show up in your threaded convo like it does in arcsoft, you could uninstall picmail altogether and just run an arcsoft cab which is what alot of people did cause the original froze up all the time and was really stupid.

Of this I have no doubt because it works flawlessly on the TP2.

Yeah it will work.. then we will create custom roms and break it and have more fun fixing it then actually using it.

I like how we operate.
