The RS I preordered from has more than 4 preorders and is trying to get approval to open at 8 but at this point is still planning on opening at 9 am.

The RS i pre ordered mine is at one of the malls here....which opens at 10am. Since its a mall, i don't think they will be opening early

I'd be surprised most malls open earlier than the actual stores. The mall may open @ 8am the stores choose not to open until 10am.

Just called my Radioshack and they are opening at their normal time so I'll have to wait till I'm off work to go. They have more than 4 preorders too but still under 10, he assured me I'd be covered and get mine on the 4'th though. I can't wait!

I called the RS 2 days ago that I preordered mine at and they said as of then they are opening at the normal 9am time. I will call back next thursday to confirm!
If they open at the normal hour I will be sure to go there BEFORE I go into work!!
