Wow! Is the Evo that popular?

So I called the closest Radio Shack to me, which is like 4 blocks away, and since they're just a little hole in the wall shop in a small strip mall, I wondered if they were even getting any EVO's. To my surprise, they are opening at 6am tomorrow and have a "good amount" of pre-orders. What the heck, now I really have to camp out tomorrow at 5am!

Re: All 4G EVO Best Buy Pre-order Discussions Here

For anyone paying full price ($449 with price match) wouldn't it be better to just buy it as a new line ($199) and then cancel your pre-existing line and pay the ETF ($200)? The only negative I see from this would be getting a new number, but that doesn't matter to me.

Wait until they discover how fast that 4G network will burn up their batteries.

Re: Wow! Is the Evo that popular?

no everyday user know what the EVO is. But if you ask what is an iPhone, every know. HTC really need to spend money on marketing.

Re: Wow! Is the Evo that popular?

4g is the least of the reasons I got this, and it is so fast on 3g that I can stream to the Roku box for Netflix, so I don't even care about 4g that much anymore.
