Same here. I know my wife would pick the iphone over the Evo

I'd rather use a dumb phone than support Apple.

I don't have much experience with Apple products other than owning a 2nd gen and 3rd gen iPod touch, which I absolutely love ... based on that, I would seriously consider an iPhone IF the Evo didn't exist or if it fell short. But that huge screen and Sense UI (I know a lot don't like "Sense) which makes the phone more "interesting" ... coupled with the fast processor and eventually 4G, makes the Evo too tempting to consider an iPhone, even the 4th gen iPhone which will still have a tiny screen compared to the Evo. Screen size is really important to me so that's why I'm making such a big deal about it.

EVO over the current iPhone.....

New iPhone to be released. That might be a much tougher decision. As long as it remains on AT&T though, we won't have to worry about these decisions!
