video and audio out

Does anyone know if the micro usb port on the Evo is different then the one on the Incredible? More specifically, can you use micro usb port for video and audio out like the Droid Incredible?

Haven't seen anything yet if it supports composite out over USB. Of course, with that HDMI port I could care less about composite, but I can understand it still being useful in certain situations.

I doubt you can do video out through the usb via composite. that would be awesome though, since i could then still use my phone to video out into my car's lcd screen.. but unfortunately i think it only will video out through the micro hdmi.

Does the Evo use the same charging port as the TP2? I have a ton of those chargers and cords for the car, etc.

The charging port is a micro not mini usb connector... the question is whether it's a variant of extusb that htc used on the tp2.... It seems the micro usb on the incredible is...
