Sprint's mail-in rebate requirements don't necessarily exclude full retail purchases. So I guess you have an argument there.

Re: Anyone know the True price of EVO out of contract?

So that means....since I am not due for an upgrade. If I sell my TP2 for $150...

$449(purchased)-100(rebate)- 150(from TP2) = $199 without signing a new contract. And CS offered me $70 off if I sign a new contract...so I could get the phone for $129.

Happy fathers day to me....

Semper Fidelis (Always Faithful) is the motto of the Corps. That Marines have lived up to this motto is proved by the fact that there has never been a mutiny, or even the thought of one, among U.S. Marines.

Rebates sometimes slip through the cracks. They probably didn't even look at your account.

At launch unactivated Evo at Radioshack is $499.99 but will probably drop shortly after, they did the same thing with the HD2
