I need more than ONE phone release to prove that you do things on time, when you say you're going to.
The phone's great, but not worth what you have to go through to get it.
$200 for the phone (I got my HD2 for $80 and it came with a ton of accessories and a 16gb SD card and the phone was LOADED with hudnreds of dollars in software)
an extra $240 you have to pay on your contract for a service you most likely will not be using for at least 1/4 of the way through your contract IF YOU'RE VERY LUCKY. I live in Boston, and our slated 4g up date is Sept. I'll believe that when I see it because T-Mobile is also saying that THEIR 4g network will be up in Boston by December. Somehow I doubt Sprint will launch 4g here by the end of the summer. Most people who don't live in a major metropolitan area, probably won't see 4g for a year if not longer. So that's $120 you're letting sprint take from your wallet.
If you want tethering it's $30 over two years. That's $720 you pay on your contract.
Extra Contact fees for a fully loaded evo 4g: $960
Extra contract fees for a fully loaded HD2: 0$

Okay so you're hype because you own a HD2 that's cool, no need to come in here and tout how stupid anyone is. From what I've read the $10 includes unlimited 3G/4G usage and Sprint TV channels. A 4G aircard is $60 a month so paying $30 is a good deal. I don't care about what's included half the accessories included with phones are pieces of shit anyway the headphones usually are trash, I'm not a fan of holsters either.
I get it that you're trying to show us how expensive this phone is at the end of the day but don't come and try to justify your HD2 purchase. If you're happy with it than you're happy, it'd be wrong if I came and said you were a mook for buying a WM 6.5 phone when WP7 is upon us and tried to shut you down, so I think we'd appreciate it if you didn't try to rain on our parade.
