well, I guess unrooted virus is more than possible, but on rooted phone it can do more damage. But then again, my only exposure to Android was the Android on TP2, and I am still fairly weak in *nix, so I may be talking out of my ass.

A good torrent program that actually downloads torrents straight to your phone (as in none of those "download to remote computer" wannabe's).
The catch is it isn't free but I like AndTorrent myself aBTC is another direct to phone app but it didn't work as good as AndTorrent does (bless that 24hr refund )

Keep in mind that Sprints 4G is running on top of Clearwires infrastructure and they do have a habit of throttling connections if not outright blocking common P2P ports on their backend. Though we'll see how well the FCC's Net neutrality movement will possibly slap them in the face for doing this.
