Any themes that work with froyo ota?

That was a little different scenario.. it was a link to a ROM from a chef at XDA that doesn't post his stuff here, for whatever reason. Don't worry bro, you're all good with this one.

So when installing a theme all these sites say do it just as you flash a ROM... So before I get into all that, you can't just download and copy over the files..?? And it the Froyo OTA denies us the capability to flash rooted ROM's does that mean we can't flash themes either..?? I searched around for how to flash themes but seems like it's just what you're supposed to do and no direction really on HOW to do it... Thanks..

You cannot flash a theme or mod, just like you cannot flash a custom ROM, until you are fully rooted (Part one and two). That is because part two of fully rooting is the installation of a recovery console, which allows you to flash updates, in the form of ROMs, themes, mods, etc.

And to add to that...because someone will ask...there is NO ROOT solution for Froyo OTA at this moment.

So are there themes for rooted Froyo ROMS or not? I went to the link I saw in the earlier posts but it didn't help.

Really? Konikub has this exact text, or a slight variation, in all of his themes that will work with Froyo:

I tried Enamored and Detox, both didn't work on DC 3.5

That's because I don't think DC 3.5 is based off the latest OTA...
