I'm getting a read only error when I get to the RM step of htclockscreen.apk... any one know how to change this?

Make sure you USB debugging is on/checked.....and it's connected to the computer via usb - but not disk drive mounted....you want to be "charging only"

Make sure you are typing rm system/app/HtcLockScreen.apk

There are thee capitol letters in there...don't know if it's nessacery or not, but I do it that way. Also a space between rm and system

Switchpro is themeable....craazy amounts of different things in preferences for that widget, but I don't believe it can go white. The white widget in the picture is just the PowerWidget that comes in the ROM
