I played with any other launchers really. So mine is very stock looking.
Mine is just simple and easy to use.
Using:
ROM: OMJ's 2.2 v3.1
Kernal: KingKlick's BFS#8
Theme: Riptide's V5 with V5 upgrade

Spent Some time playing today. I like the home screen simple, I have other screens that keep the clutter. All were made in photoshop, the dock is part of the wallpaper along with any text. Then using LauncherPro I put invisible icons over each piece of text.

All Art was found on Deviantart.com I just did a little manipulation and typography work on them.
I keep the bottom links the same so that makes it easy to pump out a lot of different looks.

also not sure why screenshot keeps catching a sliver of my notification bar...
