Loud and clear ringtones ?

Can someone either share some loud, clear ringtones, or a method you use to make them. The preloaded ones are not loud enough. I am using a Flame.wMA from one of TP 2 ROMs, tried to make my own tones out of an mp3 by boosting volume in an editor but it came out distorted.

+1, I use a leather case & miss calls/notifications all the time....I remember on the evo 3d there way a hack to increase volumes, I'm been meaning to look into it, but haven't.....root is req though

Mine seems pretty loud here.

with my defender case(outter case) the rubber creates a little tunnel to help boost the sound and it works for me. i use mytinyphone to create ringtones
