Well I'm not sure what some of you are use to. But i don't care what "fine print" says or where it says it. Do you actually expect me to believe that a company as big as verizon could get away with such an obvious bait and switch tactic? The ad has NOT changed, it's still showing a 32GB sd card for 99.00. What could be in the small print? Hey we reserve the right to sell you a 16GB card and call it 32GB? There is not 1 ounce of "speculation" in my post. I have already spoken to a manager and I have an emailed receipt that guarantee's me a 32GB sd card for 49.00 as "re-verified"by the manager i spoke to.

So, I will receive a 32GB sd card on Monday for 49.00 or I will be refunded in full. I get what you're saying about all sales final etc. But i'll be damned if i'll let McDonald's sell me a 1/4 pounder for 2 dollars and put a .69 cent hamburger in my bag, and then tell me.."all sales are final". Ever heard of false advertising? You can't list a product on your website for 1 price FOR OVER A COUPLE OF HOURS, just to get people to come running, then once you have them there, change the price to whatever you want. Some folks who were lucky enough to jump on this error/false advertisement will receive a 32GB sd card for 49.00.

It is class 2. That's for sure. Sandisk has only made a class 2 32gb card. Good news, though, is that their class 2 outperforms other (cheap) class 4s usually.

i call verizon to c if if i still could get it for 49.99 and he told me no ...and i told them i seen it for 49.99 and when i was gonna put submit n it change to 99.99 and he told me then probably they fix the error and and i told him could i talk to the manager and i talk to him n told me that its not 49.99 anymore and i said i seen it for 49.99 and he told me that he would sell it to me for 74.99n a free hdmi cable and i said with free shipping n he told me yea the only thing i have to pay 74.99 n tax thats all i said f**k it that not bad n it still cheap bcuz for the original price is 149.99 or 159.99

There you go, way to be persistent.Like i said, i got told no like 3 times by the first CS rep I talked to, it wasn't until I talked to a manager and let them know i was going away knowing others got it for 49.99. I think i would have taken your deal just to have that HDMI cord shipped with the sd card at the same time.

mine never said 49.00, my receipt says 99.00.Again i just told them it said 49.00 when i clicked submit and then it charged me and changed to 99.00. Then I said what kind of bait and switch crap is that. Long story short, even though my receipt says 99.00 i got a refund for the difference.As long as you placed your order in the am hours you should be good for a refund.(if you try hard enough)

I keep seeing people say "as long as you placed your order in the am hours" I placed mine at 2pm EST. Not sure what that means when people are saying that the price changed in the "afternoon" hours. Is this "morning hours" PST or EST?
