Should be able to, because the invoice says it is. I think the card is so new to their inventory that they put a 16gb card as the picture.

I agree. It has the part number for the 32gb card not the 16, So when they go to fill the order, they will have to pull the correct part number part, the 32gb. I just purchased one myself. I believe someone messed up on the inventory price, OR that this is only supposed to be for people buying a new droid x possibly, but eitherway I bought one! Ill post speed test results when it comes.

Consumers have the same rights too... if they send you a 16GB card instead of the 32GB card, you have the invoice and that will carry a lot of weight with the CC carrier.

hell you have 30 days to work it out anyhow.. LOL
